    Have been there 3 times, every time has been a bad experience. They never have chicken, the miss things off our order, staff are not pleasant nor professional & wait time always exceeds 20 minutes.

    Food is never fresh. Customer service is really bad depending on who is serving. Most of the staff seem as though they don't want to be there. Refusal to make fresh food and waiting times are ridiculous.

    Been going here for years still what you would expect from KFC the outside seating is nice.

    Turned up at 8.50pm (closing time 9pm) only to be told that they've stopped cooking cause we're closing soon....
