    Melisa is helpful and experienced to answer queries. The work is also high quality. However, same thing can not be said for others. When things are not happening according to the plan, their first reaction was not to be upfront and actively solving the issue, but to avoid any responsibilities. It was frustrating and hopeless to be on the phone with their customer rep when they don't listen to you and keep talking non-stop.
